Pre-study or pre-investigation

You are in all circumstances invited to take part in the investigator briefing, if you so wish.
Our investigators are selected according to their experience in investigations and in the sector of tourism / hotels / food service.
Every time a pre-test of the questionnaires before they are administered.
Every time each questionnaire is double-checked
Every time a debriefing is carried out on the initial questionnaires administered by all the investigators.

During

 

Consistency tests / checks of variances / revision
All our surveys are supervised by a field supervisor

 

After

Every time, validation of what was entered (full validation on a sample of questionnaires taken randomly, then partial validation on all the questionnaires – maximum variance tolerated – 1%)
Archiving and storage of all the data entered (for supplementary sorts … several months after the end of the survey) at no additional cost.
